Helping ROKA Multisport scale internationally with Shopify's Managed Markets
ROKA Multisport is an official licensee of ROKA and split out as a separate company in 2024 under the leadership of ROKA Co-Founder Kurt Spenser to help create a dedicated apparel offering for multisport athletes. As IRONMAN's Global Sponsor, they're highly respected for creating gear that helps athletes perform their best.
We were acquainted through our work on the ROKA ecommerce website. Naturally, they wanted to maintain the ROKA brand while providing an easy-to-use website for the products they offer.
Shopify's new checkout is 60% faster resulting in an avg conversion rate increase of 18% with Shop Pay

In order to migrate this Shopify Plus website, we had to analyze and architect the data migration millions of data points related to products and orders.
After architecting the migration we developed, tested and performed the data migration across this massive amount of data.
Afterwards, we developed this website using Shopify Plus, Amazon Web Services and Shopify’s APIs.
To set up them up for international fulfillment, we worked with them to implement Shopify's Managed Markets. Managed Markets acts as a centralized Merchant of Record that allows them to fulfill across 127 countries in up to 21 languages.
We built it so that ROKA Multisport can easily scale it as much as they need to match their projected growth goals.
